Ribs

Melt-in-your-mouth magic of slow-cooked pork ribs. Toss them in the slow cooker, let the flavors develop low and slow, and come back hours later to fall-off-the-bone tenderness.

Ingredients:

1 Rack of pork ribs
Homemade BBQ Sauce
( 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup Beer
1/2 cup Water
1 cup Ketchup
1 cup Brown sugar
1 tsp Wholegrain mustard
2 tsp Paprika )

Rinse the pork ribs under cold water. Place them in the slow cooker and generously coat with  bbq sauce. Allow to cook for 2-3 hours, depending on the size of the rack…

Once the ribs are fall-off-the-bone tender, transfer them to an oven-safe dish. Brush with a fresh layer of barbecue sauce and pop them under the grill for a few minutes each side—just long enough to caramelize the edges and give them that irresistible, sticky finish.

Serve with homemade mashed potatoes and steamed veggies.
